Sleeping problem

In the last couple of days, I've some problems with sleep, I can't sleep for a long time. Are there any solutions to this problem?

I faced the same problem recently. I tried to cut down the amount of coffee I drink, but it doesn't really help me. I'm afraid to take any medications

I used to have this problem years ago. When I studied in college, during the spring break, I couldn’t fall asleep until 4-5 in the morning. Obviously, I was waking up in the evening, when everything is about to close. I was feeling exhausted, and most of my days were wasted. I had to do something with it to return my life back to normal before classes start again. I’ve read somewhere that CBD oil can help to fall asleep. Moreover, it is natural and doesn’t make you addicted to it. I tried it, and in a couple of days, I returned back to my normal life without sleep disorders. Now, I buy it occasionally on knockoutcbd.com, and it helps me not only with insomnia.
