Whole milk versus skim milk, what do you think?

After tracking my macros, I found an easy place to reduce my fat in milk, unfortunately this is also where I get a lot of my protein intake. With that said, I've always heard that whole milk contains more nutrients than skim or 2% and is of better quality, is there any science to support this, or is it all just a myth.

to tell you the truth, I haven't thought that there is such a big difference. I'd rather buy some baby food and enjoy the taste. You know, if you buy baby food itself, it may be not that good, but if you buy formulas, omg, they're perfect. Even my cat loves it, don't even ask how we found out that we love special baby formulas. When my wife lacked milk, we decided to try special 12 hipp formula. Our daughter wasn't that excited about it, however he got used to it pretty soon. The quality is great and price, which was a total wonder, is okay, pretty affordable, considering the usual prices for such formulas.
