Debt Collector advice

I had to go to the emergency room a couple months ago due to some serious pain I was in and I was very sick, all in all the emergency room didn't do **** for me and kicked me back out on the street like a dog in the gutter. I told them not to give me any fancy expensive treatment, but turns out they did anyways. I got charged with a 1,500 medical bill to my local hospital. I haven't paid it and am not going to, as I believe they just charged me for random ****. So can I go to jail for avoiding medical bills or like whats the deal? I keep getting called by a debt collector, but I sure as **** ain't paying them, cause **** these big business trying to **** over a college kid.

I need advice, do I keep blowing them off and hope no repercussions come with it, or is there some way around it?
All help is appreciated.

You have the right not to pay the doctors, but you must first prove that they didn't have the right to make you pay for nothing. I have also met with a similar problem some time ago, and without going to court I couldn't solve it, so you have to find a good lawyer who will help you. I can recommend you to address https://www.lemberglaw.com/pioneer-c...ons-complaints they helped me when I was in such a situation, and I am sure that they will help you too. Nowadays everybody tries to deceive each other and make easy money, I hoped that at least doctors are honest and don't try to proceed thus because it's a person's health.
