Working Principle Of Vane Pumps
 
Despite the different configurations, most vane pumps operate under the same conditions. General principles of description

1. The slotted rotor is eccentrically supported on the cycloid cam. The rotor is located on the wall of the cam where a crescent shaped cavity is formed. The rotor is sealed into the cam through two side plates. The blades or blades are suitable for installation in the following positions. When the rotor rotates (yellow arrow) and fluid enters the pump, centrifugal force, hydraulic pressure, and/or push rods push the blades towards the walls of the house. Blades, rotors, cams and side plates are the key pumping principles of good suction characteristics common to blades.

2. The housing and cam force the fluid through the hole into the pump chamber. Cam (small red arrow at the bottom of the pump). Fluid enters the pockets formed by the blades, rotor, cam and side plates.

3. As the rotor continues to rotate, the blade blows fluid to the opposite side. The crescent-shaped blade squeezed through the discharge hole of the cam is close to the tip of the crescent (the small red arrow pump on the side). The fluid then leaves the discharge port.
